Excellent service was done on our SubZero freezers. Luis was quick with the appointment, on time, and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend using him for any appliance repair (fridge/washer/dryer). He is competent in many top brands. Easy to work with, he company is well established.

When our built-in KitchenAid refrigerator suddenly quit, AceTech Appliance Repair was a lifesaver. Luis came out the same day, quickly diagnosed the problem, and sourced the part right away. He returned first thing the next morning to install it, and our fridge was back up and running before breakfast. While he was here, he also noticed the freezer’s LED lights were out and replaced them on the spot. The speed, professionalism, and quality were better than any other appliance repair company I have worked with in the Bay Area. Luis was truly amazing. Our GE monogram fridge was freezing everything. Luis explained to me step by step what was wrong, why it was wrong and how he was fixing the problem. He was very thorough, honest and EXTREMELY fair. I will be forever referring him and calling him for any appliance issue we have in the future. I am grateful to have my fridge fully functional again. Dishwasher repair was quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. We will definitely use them again for any appliance repairs.
