When our built-in KitchenAid refrigerator suddenly quit, AceTech Appliance Repair was a lifesaver. Luis came out the same day, quickly diagnosed the problem, and sourced the part right away. He returned first thing the next morning to install it, and our fridge was back up and running before breakfast. While he was here, he also noticed the freezer’s LED lights were out and replaced them on the spot.

Luis was truly amazing. Our GE monogram fridge was freezing everything. Luis explained to me step by step what was wrong, why it was wrong and how he was fixing the problem. He was very thorough, honest and EXTREMELY fair. I will be forever referring him and calling him for any appliance issue we have in the future. I am grateful to have my fridge fully functional again.
